SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $50
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order is shipped. Please allow additional time for carrier processing.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on your location and order details).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You will see all costs before completing your purchase.
Delays & Issues While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.). If your package is delayed beyond the stated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pearlycares.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of damage or proof of non-delivery.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping.
